It is the purpose of the the Plan to protect good physicians from fraudulent, corrupt, unethical, and other frivolous claims by Plaintiff’s attorneys, questionable expert witnesses, and Plaintiff’s who make such claims.

The Physician’s Protection Plan is offered by Physician’s Protective Group, Inc., the only company licensed by the State of Georgia to offer the benefits provided under the Plan.

Physician’s Protective Group, Inc. was formed by practicing physicians to discourage frivolous lawsuits, to recover damages resulting from such suits, and to help preserve the availability of good health care.
